Business Analysts
We are currently seeking an exceptional Business Analyst. Successful candidates should possess the following skills:
- 3 to 5 years of Business Analysis experience
- An ability to interact and communicate with business professionals in a variety of domains
- A solid understanding of requirements gathering
- Experience with technical analysis including data modelling, business process modelling and sofware test planning
- Ability to problem solve in a client/support facing role
- Experience in the various stages of the software development lifecycle
- Experience with the E&P domain is considered an asset
- A focus on quality and delivery
- Ability and desire to work as part of a high performance team

Database Developers
If you have:
- 5 years of designing and building data warehouses
- Experience with Business Intelligence implementations
- Data Warehouse development experience considered a definite asset
- Expertise designing and building dimensional databases (OLAP)
- Experience with SQL Server and services components specifically SSIS, SSAS, SSRS
- Experience designing and developing the individual components of the ETL process a definite asset
- Experience with Informatica an asset
- Familiarity with Data Quality concepts
- An ability to interact and communicate with business professionals
- Experience in the various stages of the software development lifecycle, namely, definition of solution architecture, detailed design, solution development, testing and deployment
- Proven ability to rapidly and accurately understand new technology and its broader implications
- An open attitude to software development process, and a willingness to adapt
- Ability and desire to work as part of a high performance team
