Context

A local micro-brewery's success had them grow rapidly from small start-up business to a major player in the food and hospitality industry.  They had outgrown the systems and solutions they deployed in their infancy and were in need of an independent party to provide an unbiased assessment of their situation.

Solution

The Advisory Services team assisted the organization by evaluating current state and developing a roadmap for their application portfolio based on their future business plans.  The team led the organization through a process of defining their requirements, documenting processes and gaps and finally evaluating alternatives. A second phase was making a product selection and over-seeing the implementation of the product.

The organization replaced spreadsheets and some point solutions with a fit-for-purpose ERP that dealt with the logistics of their brewing operations as well as their financial needs.  They were able to focus their attention on more strategic decisions and let the integrated solution address the day-to-day tasks.
