SharePoint Services – A Case Study

Arcurve’s client uses SharePoint as a collaborative intranet platform where each department has ownership and control over their sites but content is normally read-only to all staff.  Arcurve mentors departments on how to solve their specific business needs using SharePoint, designing a solution to the business need, training their power users and ensuring the solution maintains company-wide standards for intranet structure.  When custom development is required Arcurve either provides the development or works with in-house developers to design, test and deploy the solution.

The client is piloting Autonomy as its corporate-wide search tool.  Arcurve is coordinating the search pilot within the organization, from recruiting pilot candidates to facilitating the pilot activities to ensure successful feedback is captured.
