Student Internship Program
Arcurve’s student internship program is one of the best in Canada. Our students engage and collaborate on real technology projects and work with experienced software professionals and strategists. An internship allows our students to gain practical experience across diverse projects, learn in a collaborative team environment, and make valuable connections. Our main goal is to inspire and mentor our students on their journey to a successful future in the technology industry.

An internship allows our students to gain hands-on experience on a wide range of projects, learning in a talented team environment and making valuable connections. Our main goal is to inspire and assist our students along their way to a successful future in the technology and software industry.
The Recruiting Process
1st Interview
A short interview with Arcurve’s Talent Acquisition team to learn more about the company, the role, your background, and career aspirations. You can also ask questions about us!
Technical Assessment
After a successful interview, you will be invited to complete an online technical assessment.
Panel Interview
Panel interview followed by a brief presentation about a personal project you’re proud of and why you want to pursue a career in technology.

We totally get it. You’re a student – we don’t expect you to come in with a glossy resume detailing many years of experience. However, what we do require is for you to demonstrate:
• An interest in all things technical – have you made anything? What did you learn?
• The desire to learn new things
• Creativity – in most anything you do
• The ability to work in a team
• Problem solving skills
• The desire to contribute to our culture: we like to give back to our community and you’ll be asked to help
• Curiosity: ask questions!

Right from day one, you’ll be actively engaged in real-life business projects with our team of talented professionals who will mentor you and help you kick-start your career. Our interns develop broad technology skill sets, solid business acumen and professionalism in a fun, friendly environment.
