Context

Arcurve provided a development team to transition a newly acquired production reporting environment, via a recent acquisition.  The existing reporting environment was built using SAP’s Business Objects and Vermilion requested the use of the corporate standard/existing Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).

Solution

Arcurve and Vermilion have a long standing relationship.  Arcurve was called in to provide the architectural guidance as well as for the execution and delivery of the project.  It was time sensitive due to regulatory reporting timelines with the acquired asset.  As well, it was with an asset based in Europe.  Given the different regulatory regime and time zone – Arcurve and Vermilion worked together to complete the project on time and on budget.

Arcurve continues to provide assistance to the project as new reporting technologies and cloud technologies continue to be introduced to their corporate environment – necessitating small changes in the system.
